ILP100-Topical has undergone extensive drug profiling with successful regulatory interactions and approvals for phase 1 and 2/3 trials in the EU (EMA/CAT, Swedish MPA) and US (FDA/CBER).
A first-in-human double-blinded RCT showed a favourable safety profile and significantly 10 days faster skin healing. An IND is open in the US and a clinical trial is planned in pediatric patients with the genetic disease SAVI (STING Associated Vasculopathy with onset in Infancy).
ILP100 has also demonstrated potent killing of multi- and pan-drug resistant bacterial pathogens isolated from war victims in Ukraine.
